Hire Fees

1. Hourly Rate – £20 per hour
2. All Day Rate (8.00am-11.30pm)- £250
3. Half Day Rate (9.00am-3.30pm or 5.00pm-11.30pm) £125

Bouncy Castles Due to the high use of electricity there is an additional charge of £25 if a bouncy castle is to be used for your event. You will need to arrange your own bouncy castle booking.

We are able to issue invoices and payment terms to larger organisations and regular hirers.

Security Deposit

A £50 security deposit will be taken from you at the time of booking. The hall is checked after your event and if it has not been left in an acceptable state and cleaning is required or any damage found we will retain all or a proportion of your security deposit to cover costs. Our terms and conditions are detailed in the Booking Form and Hire Agreement

Seating Capacity

The hall has a seating capacity of 100 people seated with tables.

Bar Hire

Please note this is a licenced premise and only alcohol sold on the premises from the bar may be consumed. Our terms and conditions are detailed in the hiring form

Cleaning up

We kindly ask that you leave the Hall in the clean and tidy condition that you found it. This will include cleaning down and putting away any tables or chairs that have been used and hoovering/sweeping up the areas you have used. You will be required to remove all rubbish and food that was generated at your event. A clean up service by hall staff can be carried out as an optional extra when completing the booking form. Please allow time in your booking period for setting up and cleaning away.

What is included in the hire?

Hire includes access to the main hall, kitchen, stage garden and car park. Our kitchen includes an oven, kettles, urn, microwave and catering fridge. You will need to bring your own plates, cutlery and cooking equipment.

Use our calendar to check availability. When checking availability please include time that is required for setting up and cleaning away (i.e. the time you book is the time the Hall will be opened and closed for you).
